2 Peter 1:5-8

But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Strategic relationships

Proverbs 13:20 – Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.

Strategic relationships are catalysts  to the fulfilment of visions. Jesus had strategic relationship with certain women in Luke 8 and through their support ,His ministry was supplied with the resource He needed. Paul had a strategic relationship with Timothy and Timothy helped Paul to achieve what God has laid in his heart . Even though Paul was in prison, the vision was kept alive by Timothy. Please note that no relationship leaves you the same.  God puts people around you for a purpose and in like manner the devil puts some people around  you to derail you. So take an inventory of your relationships and assess the impact of each one on the vision of God for your life and make necessary adjustments.

Ecclesiastes 7:12 – For wisdom is a defense as money is a defense, But the excellence of knowledge is that wisdom gives life to those who have it.

No matter how great your vision is, you need both material and non material resources to get the job done. You need human resources and other resources. Vision attracts resources but you need to know how to receive and harness the resources.  You have to acquire the resource of knowledge and skills to do what God have called you to do. From reading about Jesus Christ in the bible you will find that he equipped himself with the knowledge of the five book of Moses, books of the prophets and he understood the times and seasons he was living in. So equip yourself and acquire the necessary resources  you need for the accomplishment of your vision.
