Ephesians 4:7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Pr 18:16 A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.
By covenant, every one of us according to Eph 4:7 has been given grace in proportion to the measure of the gift of Christ the anointed one and His anointing. This grace is espoused to us through the gift of Christ. And what is this gift of Christ you might query? It is that enablement that causes you to flourish amidst all circumstances with relative ease. It precludes the achievements that are won through the sweat of your brow otherwise, it will not be grace. That gift is what translates you from being a noise maker to a news maker because it will cause you to make the unusual happen.
This gift functions within the environment of the anointing as that is what the Christ bestows on you at new birth. This gift launches you from the margin of mediocrity into the mainstream of excellence and impact. It is no wonder that the Bible affirms that a man’s gift will make room for him. Our blessedness in Christ is in the fact that He has gifted us with the blessing which in turn affords us the pleasure of taking territories and affecting lives.
So, when we talk about the gift of Christ, we are simply referring to our blessedness in Him.
It is important for you to know that the purpose of the blessing is to add value to humanity and bring glory to the anointed one. The Bible encourages us to “look unto the rock whence ye were hewn, and to the hold of the pit whence ye are digged. Look unto Abraham your father,..” Isa 51:1
When you consider the life of the great patriarch, you will find that God’s gift to him was the blessing.
The same can be appreciated in the lives of our covenant fathers; Isaac and Jacob. God’s gift to all.
These patriarchs had the blessing and by it, Abraham became rich in gold and silver, Isaac became great until he was exceedingly great and Jacob continued in that same path. They all had this blessing and in Christ, the Bible clearly states that we are made partakers of this grace.
However, it is no use if all we can boast of is that we are gifted and that we are blessed. Gifts must be unwrapped for anyone to benefit from them. The gift is packaged on your inside. The issue now is for that gift to find expression and manifestation. No one can see the blessing but everybody sees the effect of the blessing. The blessing is a spiritual substance that is measured by its equivalent in physical proofs.
Since we are already blessed, our next assignment will be to give vent to the store of the blessing that we carry so that by it, we can add value i.e. become a blessing to those around us. The fact that you don’t feel blessed has nothing to do with it. You are blessed! The fact that a light bulb is not giving off light does mean that it does not bear electricity. Somebody has not just flipped the switch on yet.
Friend, flip the switch, manoeuvre yourself into manifestation. You are blessed in Christ without gainsaying it.
My advice, pray yourself into manifestation because the Bible talks about stirring the gift of God on your inside. Prayer releases the gift into manifestation. The gift is in every one of us but prayer will help to unwrap it. I see God make room for you as you allow the gift of Christ the anointed one and His anointing to find expression in your life today. Manoeuvre yourself until the gift answers. It’s your time!
