John 6:32-39 “Jesus therefore said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, It was not Moses that gave you the bread out of heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread out of heaven.FOR THE BREAD OF GOD IS THAT WHICH COMETH DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN, AND GIVETH LIFE UNTO THE WORLD.They said therefore unto Him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. Jesus said unto them. I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE : he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. But I said unto you, that ye have seen Me, and yet believe not. All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto Me; and him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out. For I am come down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the will of Him that sent me, that of all that which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. For this is the will of my Father, that every one that beholdeth the Son, and believeth on Him, should have ETERNAL LIFE; and I will raise him up at the last day.

The purpose of Christ’s coming is an all-encompassing purpose in the life of man. It covers the totality of man. All of this purpose comes under the umbrella of one substance, and Jesus defined that substance in above scripture.

JESUS, the Redeemer of man came simply to give us life, the force that animates everything : the vivifying or quickening principle : the effectiveness of existence : transcending touch.

What is the effect of this life? The effect of this LIFE is broadly felt in four main parts of our lives that cover all other areas of life:

1. 1John 3:5  “And ye know that He was manifested to take away sins; and in Him is no sin.” So this life comes into us to discard our sins and wash us clean. Through Jesus, every believer becomes purified by the life He gives to him. We become unyielding to sin. We are changed inside out!

2.  1John 3:8 “To this end was the Son of God manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. This light in us destroys whatever the devil has planted in each believer’s life. The plans and plots of the devil are set at nought: they can’t come to pass as long as we are in this life of Christ. He also slay the enemy, the devil, the source of death. Ephesians 2:16.

3. Ephesians 2:10 “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God afore prepared that we should walk in them.”  This life makes us become the habitation of God. Ephesians 2:22. This life of Christ kicks us into manifesting the good work that God has prepared for us. We become God’s arms and legs through the life shed to us as a connecting factor to God which makes it possible for God to run the resources of heaven through and to us. Nobody can actually be used immensely without the life being recognized in him. Our granted access to the Father and the Spirit of power is permanent. Ephesians 2:18.

4.  Luke 10:19 ” Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you.” This life gives us the energy needed to win battles not just in the physical realm, but also far into the spirit world. The power to conquer and to possess our possession is in this life of Christ.

This life that Christ promises does not come from any substance of men. It comes from two sources:

1. The Holy Spirit

2. The Word from God

John 6:63 It is the spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I have spoken unto you are spirit, they are life.

These two sources are intertwined. These words of life are gotten from the Spirit. Halleluia!
We all have access to this life. Let this life express the essence of the coming of Christ in you!
