Romans 12:1-2

1I APPEAL to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]. (AMP)

The scripture above declares, we need to present our bodies a living sacrifice and renew our minds for transformation. The salvation Christ has given us is a total package but we will get all the benefits of our newness by unwrapping its contents daily through the continuous application of the revealed Word. The Word of God is the manual for living the full and rich life in Christ.

Transformation is from two words; Trans and formation. Trans means across while formation is a change in form. Transformation therefore, means a change across board which is a result of a process. It means a total change in form.

When change comes, men see the light of God in us. We are a city upon a hill and cannot be hid. We are the redeemed of the Lord who will share our testimony not only through words but also our lifestyle.

Friends, salvation starts from within to without. We as Christians firstly need to know the depth of our salvation and have unequivocal understanding of who we are before we can tell others and minister that same grace to them.
