SALVATION: WITHIN TO WITHOUT – Part 2
[For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him, (AMP)
Revelation means full disclosure to take off the covering. Revelation and deep insight into what you have been saved from and saved into is crucial to our enjoying the total salvation package in Christ Jesus. Intimacy breeds deeper insights. This is the time to discover all you are in Him.
Revelation of who He is inspires conviction and erases all forms of doubt and uncertainty. The Apostle Paul writing to Timothy said, ‘…for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him against that day.
This stresses knowledge beyond head knowledge and goes deeper to revelation knowledge of the ability of the Father. The reason we can trust Him is because we are persuaded and convinced in the integrity of God.
Conviction is borne when there is revelation of who He is, who we are in Him and how all of Him in us can grant us access to all He is. When there is revelation, there will be no room to entertain the lies and deception of the enemy.
