Revealing Christ, the Anointed One and His Anointing

The Impact of Favour – Part 1

FORCE
“Force” is defined as strength or power.
It is someone or something exacting an influence to cause movement.

FAVOUR
The term “Favour”, is expounded as to enjoy kindly helpful act beyond what is due.
It is receiving preferential treatment and unfair partiality.

THE FORCE OF FAVOUR
The “Force of Favour” is an influence exerted by God to give you preferential treatment.

It is pertinent for one to ask, why do I need God’s favour?
How will it affect my life?

THE IMPACT OF FAVOUR
1) THE FAVOUR OF GOD BRINGS PROMOTION.
Psalm 89:17
” For you are the glory of their strength; by your favor our horn is exalted”.

The favour of God is the catalyst to your destiny. It will drive you to the top.
It will take you from the river to the sea, from the sea to the ocean.
It has the capacity to move you to the next level.

2) IT INCREASES YOUR INFLUENCE.
Luke 2:52
” And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God man”.

Anywhere you go, or your name is mentioned, people will be willing to help and support you.
In Luke chapter 8, the bible tells about the Women that supported the ministry of Jesus. Why, because when the favour of God is on you, it brings influence.
There is no way you can forge ahead in life without God’s favour.
With influence, you will lead, for leadership is influence.
The influence from God’s favour is what makes a man succeed more than his competitors.
It will make you stand out.

3) IT WILL CAUSE MEN TO CHANGE THE RULES FOR YOU.
Daniel 1:9
“Now God had caused the official to show favor and compassion to Daniel”.

In Daniel chapter 1, God caused the king’s chief eunuch, Ashpenaz to grant Daniel and his friends favour, such that he changed the rules for them, and they did not eat food offered to idols as required of them.

In Esther chapter 5, a similar occurrence took place.
It was common knowledge that no one could go into the king’s presence without an invitation, else such a person will be beheaded.
However, Esther went into king’s presence uninvited, and the king stretched out his scepter to accept and welcome her.
The favour of God caused the king to change the rule for her sake.

Friends, I proclaim that the Lord’s favour begins to impact your life today in Jesus mighty name.

Remember, you are not a biological accident, but a creature of destiny.
